Write to [email protected] and we'll get back to you. Writing from Settings ▸ Support in the app adds your app version and iPhone model, which helps us find the problem faster.

Restoring a purchase

If Pottles Unlimited doesn't show up on a new iPhone, open Settings ▸ Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. Points come across on their own when iCloud Keychain is turned on.

Changing when reminders arrive

Pick a time in Settings ▸ Notification time. To stop reminders altogether, turn off notifications for Pottles in your iPhone's Settings.

Removing a plant

Open the plant, tap ⋯ and choose Remove. Keep the memories moves it to your memory shelf. Delete everything removes it and its drawings for good, from your phone and from our server.
